Packaging

We ensure complete privacy and protection by packing your order in either a thick, opaque brown cardboard box or a durable, untearable poly bag—at no extra cost.

Sample Packaging

We also offer sample parcel boxes for select orders, keeping presentation and safety in mind.

Note: As per regulations across various states and courier services, the invoice will be included with your package.

Delivery Timelines

We offer a 3-day delivery within North India and a 7-day pan-India delivery guarantee on most products.

• Orders will be delivered within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from payment clearance.

• For orders placed via Credit Card/Net Banking, the timeline applies post successful payment verification.

Exclusions from Delivery Guarantee:

• Customer unavailability or incorrect/incomplete address details.

• Inaccessible or remote locations (e.g. North East, J&K, hilly areas).

• Adverse weather or law and order issues.

• Products on backorder.

• Courier-related delays such as fog, strikes, or regulatory checks.

• Special promotions or offers (e.g. Anniversary sales).

Shipping Charges

• Shipping within India may incur a nominal fee, visible during checkout.

• Orders outside India are subject to international shipping charges.

• Any applicable local/state taxes are to be borne by the customer.

• While we strive to ship all items in a single package, product availability or characteristics might result in multiple shipments.

Note: We currently support only one shipping address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

If you place multiple orders within a short span, we may combine them into one shipment to ensure faster delivery and reduce packaging waste.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time.
