Jamun Honey

Honey is antibacterial, anti fungal, and helps in wound healing. Honey reduces oxidative stress in our body, hence it provides protection from memory loss. Honey is also rich in Vitamin c. It is also an antiseptic. Honey when mixed with saffron is a natural aphrodisiac. It prevents candida and prevents gastritis. 

Please note: Honey should not be consumed in excess of 5-15gm a day. People with pollen allergies and honey allergy should avoid taking honey.
