Ragi also known as Finger Millet  assists in lowering blood glucose, cholesterol and also helps in reducing ulcers.  Ragi has wound healing properties. It is one of the richest sources of Calcium. So, pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children can consume Ragi cookies to add small amounts of calcium in their diet.  Jowar, also known as Sorghum, are gluten free, have low Glycemic Index ( due to presence of fibre) making it diabetes friendly. 

Dark chocolate is rich in Magnesium as an essential mineral required for stress relief , cramp relief and reducing stress.  Dark chocolate contains phenylethylamine, a neuromodulator that helps regulate mood.
